About the Photographer
Born in Brooklyn, New York ...1960. Raised by two loving parents I adore. My dad, Anthony and Mom Elsie. I have been taking photographs for over twenty years, The birth of my daughter Christina ,inspired this venture. It started out as a hobby which has now become a profession.
In the early part of my career , I became a staff photographer for a Brooklyn based news publication, The Kings Courier. The Courier branched out to different sections in the borough , Bay News, Flatbush Life and Canarsie Digest. I have gone on several assignments and have been published .I also Photographed Window displays for designer Toshi Studio in New York City. To mention a few, Trump Towers, I Tokin Plaza and La Marka shoes. I have also been published in the Visual and Merchandise magazine.
In 1987, I Moved to sunny Florida and made a new home for my family. My start in Florida was becoming a certified photo lab tech.. I wanted to learn the finishing side of photography. Started out in a food chain with a mini lab, .Later became manager of the lab and store lobby dept. From there I went to a more custom lab. CPI photo finish , assistant mgr. , unfortunatly the company sold to Ritz Camera which I became a photo lab manager . In time , I had the opportunity to learn about the retail world .
In 2000 , Innovative Photography was formed. As my website shows , with the new digital world. The possibilities are endless . I love all aspects of photography and my goal is always make each image better than the last.
